1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • During peak seasons (holidays or promotions), processing may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee:

  • A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated times are:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International: 14–21 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer due to high-volume seasons or customs processing.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

  • A delay in updates doesn’t mean your order is lost; it’s still on its way!


4. International Shipments & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Custom delays are beyond our control.


5. Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change shipping details or cancel your order, contact us at service@bellmoraq.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Orders in processing cannot be changed or canceled.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost:

  • Damaged Items: Send a photo within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll provide a replacement at no cost.

  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement for free.
