Items that don't meet these criteria may not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for returning your item

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

5. Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Return the original item following the return instructions

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

Conditions:

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will update you on your refund status.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time.
